I'm not sure if that means you want to know or not... I drew the shapes under the door and at the keyhole on a separate layer, filled them with a gradient (yellow on left to brown or maybe black on right) set the layer's blending mode to "lighten" and lowered the opacity until the black was invisible (59% in this case).
