That's...spraypaint, right? It looks like it might be light reflecting off of some sign on the side of the building, but if so, goodness - the typographer who built the sign should have really put some more effort in, heh. It looks like some ghostly message that some horrific 3-year old with poor motor skills scrawled in to the side of a building with a broom handle. But yeah, it's probably spraypaint...right? I'll watch for it next time I walk past that Safeway.
